In 2024 and 2025, I successfully led on the £4m capital fundraising working with the Operations Director to deliver the capital for phase 2 of this project, and continue to revenue fundraise for the charity.

Creative Land Trust (CLT) was founded in 2018 by the Mayor of London, Arts Council England, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and others to address a significant challenge to the continuing viability of a vibrant artistic creative community in the capital in the face of untenable and rising workplace rents for artists. The loss of affordable workspace, and consequent outflow of artists and makers, is presenting a serious threat to the wellbeing and prosperity of a city so reliant on creativity for its success.  We provide an innovative solution to a global challenge.
